EVR fullscreen window: windows - bad Image???

Anybody seen this message before? One of my clients is getting it as of
tonight and I can't find anything on it.

EVR fullscreen window: windows - bad Image
 
I have exactly the same problem. When it comes it pops up multiple (10's) of
times and is REALLY annoying. I read somehwere else that reinstalling iTunes
fixed it for some people, but I don't have iTunes on my system. Any thoughts?
