everythings big

My computer has changed, everything is so big on it now,
all the windows I open are extra large. Don't know what I
did, I have xp. Help please.

Check the screen resolution

control panel/display/settings tab

whats the screen resolution currently set to ?

Move the slider to the right, depending on your size of monitor, you need at
least 800x600, the further to the right you move it, the smaller stuff gets,
and the more fits on a screen.
