hello im not fully computer literate and i recently purchased a program XP
manager from qwerks software. hoping this would help me....mmmm... however my
computer is now subject to ultra slow start up times( im always presented
with a black screen asking whether to start in safe mode, run windows
normally or last good configuration) and shut down times. i think ive deleted
crucial files somewhere along the line, any ideas?????? i have lost files
from my itunes, my desktop displays grey backgrounds behind icons and text.
talk about frustration and lack of computer knowledge! im completely lost!
can anybody help.im running xp pro, 2.4Ghz P4 Dell inspron 5100
