Everything went small

New motherboard installed in my machine. WHen I increase
the screen resolution under the DISPLAY window in control
panel, the icons, fonts, window sizes et. cet decrease.
If I decrease screen resolution, I don't use my full
screen,
I cannot seem to get full screen without normal sized

Did you already reinstall Windows? This is recommended after such a
change in the hardware configuration.
