everyone group has deny permissions

Hi Guys

A folder on my w2k server is not accessable by anyone
including the administrator.

My guess is that it has been set with deny permissions
for the everyone group.

Is there a way to resolve this?
get around this?

would appreciate any input.

Take ownership of the folder, then modify the permissions to the desired
level.
