Everyone can see my email

I am unable to log out of Outlook and anybody can see my email. My work
computer requires different people to work on the same files so we can not
have different users logging in and out all the time. We can access the
emails securely by going to the internet site but I tried Outlook instead and
now I can not logout and no one else can log into Outlook.

Put a password on your mail profile (Mail applet in Control Panel).
Make sure to logout of Outlook when you leave. When you start Outlook,
you will be prompted for your password.
