every other second blank page

On screen my report has a 2nd page being created which is blank; except for
the common header info.....

I don't seem long - the page footer bar is at 8.75 approx.... nor wider than
6....so am a little baffled as to where the page break is coming from....

would welcome advice....thanx
 
Odds are you've got something extending too far to the right. Check your
page margins and your report width and make sure they're less than or equal
to the width of the paper.
