Every 5 minutes one error

Exactly every 5 minutes i have following error in Event
Viewer:
Windows cannot access the registry Information at:
\\mydomain\sysvol\mydomain\Policies\{some big number}
\Machine\registry.pol with (1351).
Additionally i noted that Group Policies doesnt work.
May somebody help me? Thanx.
