Eventid 7000, logon failure on services

Hello

We have one AD-domain with 3 DC (W2K SP4).

If we reboot one server we have problems with services that have an domain
account as login account.
we get an error message (.. logon failure..) event id 7000. See more info in
Q259733
If I take properties for the service and then enter the password 2 times
the service starts OK.
Then a message shows about .." granting the account to logon as a service"
This is on several services (MS SQL, Backup Exec , SMS and more) on several
servers.

The passwords to this accounts i not changed.
The account have right to logon as a service.

Any tips to fix this??

It is on my stand alone servers I have the problem (all applications are on
them).
Netdiag and dcdiag shows no problems.
