EventID 51

I am getting this error frequently with reagrd to a USB external
drive. I use the drive almost exclusively to archive music files and
frequently get a pop-up mssg that "Windows was unable to save all the
data for file xxxxxx", however, I have never been able to find any
corrupt files and chkdsc comes up clean.

Here's the text for the error: An error was detected on device
\Device\Harddisk2\D during a paging operation.

Any ideas?

Oh man, the only thing worse than the disease is the cure...
I looked at the articles, and even if I could figure out how to follow
those instructions to decode the hex, I'm not sure where that would
leave me...Anyone have prvious experience with this?
