EventID 51 error detected on disk

I am noticing that the event log, logs a warning event, Event ID 51- An
error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\D during a paging operation.
I have also noticed that it seems to only happen when the computer reboots
or during start up. I have checked the Microsoft KB but dont see a real
solution to the problem. Does any one have any information about this and
how to solve it.
