What service has to be running (on remote box) in order to access
event viewer on a remote Server 2003 box?
 
Hello Scroto,

The permission have been changed from Windows2000, at Windows Server 2003
only Administrators have access to the Event Log, But there is a way to
delegate this out to other users or a group of users.

How can I delegate access to the event logs in Windows Server 2003
