Event Viewer

After applying NTFS to the system partition and rebooting
the computer, the Event viewer will not display the
Application logs. It will initially display the System
and Security logs, but not after attempting to view the
Application logs. I have checked the location of the log
files and they are in place and being updated. Does
anyone have a suggestion? Thanks, Matthew

More detail: (sorry) The system is a Windows 2000 server
with SP 4 and all current updates. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.

Thanks for your input Cyndie. It appears that clearing
the log as suggested by some of the other newsgroup users
has corrected the problem. We are getting new
application log entries and the other logs can be
viewed. Although we did not have any workstation access
problems as you described. The server is up to date but
I don't think the recent updates were related.
