Event Viewer - System - Evwnt ID 7000 failure

Hi all,

I have been looking through the System events on the event viewer on my
second XP machine.

What I always see during boot-up is an Event ID 7000 from Source "Service
Control Manager" which errors with the following message "The ETDrv failed
to start due to the following error - The system cannot find the file
specified.

What does it mean, what do I need to do and what specified file?
