Event Viewer fails to log events for anything

Windows 2000 server (SBS) fails to log any events. Its
never logged any events since deployment. It does not
report any errors which makes it hard to determine what is
going on.

Please help with any ideas....

I am not familiar with SBS, but you may need to enable auditing first in either Local
Security Policy or Domain Controller Security policy. Check the "effective settings"
in Local Security Policy to see if it is enabled. See the link below for more

Default SBS logs quite a lot. You might have a look at article 172156, how
to delete corrupt event viewer logs.
