pane displays the following data.

The disk is a Seagate ST3160023AS Barracuda 7200.7 SATA. No
error description in Seagate product manual. Can you provide
a URL where the data are described?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. The error message
indicates a problem with the hard drive controller. Run a drive
diagnostic from Seagate (SeaTools) to see if the problem is with the
drive itself or the motherboard controller. If the drive diagnostic
gives any physical errors, replace it.

Hours of Seatools diagnostics have been run without error.
I'm assuming there is a reason XP programmers provided the
system-log binary data, displayed by Event Viewer's
scrollable Data pane. I'd like to know what that data mean,
in detail. I can find an explanation of the binary data in
MSKB for event 15, for example, but not for event 11.
