Event Viewer Error Help

Hello,

I am getting the following error in the Event Viewer over and over:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10020
Date: 9/7/2006
Time: 6:24:28 PM
User: N/A
Computer: JILL-P4
Description:
The machine wide Limits Launch and Activation security descriptor is
invalid. It contains Access Control Entries with permissions that are
invalid. The requested action was therefore not performed. This
security permission can be corrected using the Component Services
administrative tool.

The MS link has nothing to help with this error. Please recommend what
you think I should do to resolve this & what you think is causing this.

Maxtor 300GB SATA hd
ATI Radeon X1300 All-In-Wonder 2006 PCI Express 256MB

Hey John John,

Thanks for your reply. I already found that site before I posted this
message. I do not have the IWAM account to which that help posting
refers. Any other ideas?
