Event Viewer does not show any details (blank) in the Support Cent

When I display the properties of an event in the Event Viewer and click on
the link to show more details, the Help and Support Center opens, but the
details pane is blank. I've disabled my firewall and virus software, but this
does not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I have used that site and it's very useful. Thanks for the suggestion. I was
more concerned that this problem will manifest in other areas than the fact I
can't get help on the events (which is usually "No Details"). I believe it
was caused when I uninstalled IE7 Beta.
