Event log Error 1030 & Warning 3019

I get A LOT of the following two events in the log on my XP Pro SP2. Is
there a problem and what should I do about it?

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1030

Description:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. A message
that describes the reason for this was previously logged by the policy
engine.

Description:
The redirector failed to determine the connection type.
