Event Log Empty

Hi,

I am running W2K with SP4. All of my event logs are
empty. I've referenced KB829246 and need to obtain the
hotfix. I've applied the workaround. How do I get the
hotfix?

As stated in the article:
"To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product
Support Services to obtain the hotfix."

And no, that won't costs you anything. Just ask for the specific
hotfix, give them the KB article number and if you don't ask any
other support questions during the call, hotfixes are free of charge.
You will get it within minutes.
