event id error 1586 ?

I have several DCs showing this event id and they are in
different subnets. We are using a foundry fi-400 to
connect our subnets. What do I need to set up on the
router to allow the upstream DC to talk to those accross
subnets? Is it using udp (netbios) for communicating?
