Event ID: 5773, dynamic DNS

I am receiving the following warning in the event log, any
ideas how to fix this:

event id: 5773
The DNS server for this DC does not support dynamic DNS.
Add the DNS records from the file '%SystemRoot%\System32
\Config\netlogon.dns' to the DNS server serving the domain
referenced in that file.

Easy fix. Enable Dynamic Updates on the zone properties. Set it to at least
YES.

Now, if it is already set to at least YES, then it means you are using your
ISP's DNS server addresses in your IP properties. *If* this is so, the
recommended rule to make sure AD is 100% functional is to ONLY use your
internal DNS server in all your machines (DCs and clients) and then
configure a Forwarder for efficient Internet Resolution. If the Forwarding
option is grayed out, delete your Root zone.
