Event ID 29 W32Time

I looked in the Event viwer and found the following error
message, someone plz advise me or put me in the right
direction for this problem.

The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time
from one or more time sources, however none of the sources
are currently accessible. No attempt to contact a source
will be made for 14 minutes. NtpClient has no source of
accurate time.

Eli,

This event has something to do with the Windows Time service that is turned
on by default. Is your machine on a workgroup or domain? If this is a home
machine what type of Internet connection do you have? Without knowing this
information I would say you have a dialup connection and when the service
tries to connect to a time server it fails because you aren't connected to
the Internet.
