Event ID 27, Source Outlook The operation failed.

Periodically when the president of the company tries to forward an
attachment, Outlook freezes up entirely. Sometimes the whole PC will freeze
up. His OS is XP, office version (including Outlook) is 2007.

Event Viewer, Application log shows:
Event Type: Information
Source: Outlook
Category: None
Event ID: 27
Description: The operation failed.

This happened last night when he tried to forward an attachment that he had
made changes to. The attachment may have been created in an Office 2003
program, could that be the problem? I don't see any other errors in any
other logs, or on the server. Help.
