Event ID:1003 & 3095

Can anyone please Help ?

My Windows XP Pro Service Pk 2 , Keeps re - booting while "on-line" only ,
It happens at different times , sometimes within a few minuets and sometimes
after an hour or so , and happens more than once !

Here are TWO examples of error messages I have received !

And then this different error was in the Envent Viewer the very last time I
looged on ?
Event ID: 3095
Source: NETLOGON

Explanation
A blue screen (Stop error) was reported. The message contains details about
the error. A matching event with Event ID 1001 might also appear in the
event log. This matching event displays information about the specific error
that occurred.
