Event ID 10010

I am receiving the Event ID: 10010, Source: DCOM, on a Windows 2000 server running Exchange 5.5. The following is the specific error message:

The server {AAB71939-CBFF-11D2-960F-000629F011E9} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Last night, December 16th, the message started at 9:59:35 pm and repeated every 29 or 30 seconds until 11:14:06 pm.

The only thing I have been able to find on this error is Technet article 263900, but it is Citrix related.
