Event ID 1000 -- UserEnv

I keep getting this error in Event Viewer on my DC's and
can't seem to correct it..

--on one server--
The Group Policy client-side extension Scripts was passed
flags (0) and returned a failure status code of (2).

--on the other two--
The Group Policy client-side extension Scripts was passed
flags (16) and returned a failure status code of (2).


Anyone know the fix to these? I've tried the changes to
GPO and AD/Registry and it won't fix the issues. I also
can't seem to find specifics about this combo of 0 and 2,
and 16 and 2... I have seen all the other EventId1000
Errors... Any help would be appreciated..Thanks

And this one is on a server, and only shows up on that
server

What is the servers network configuration, is it routing
or a multi homed server? are there any other DC's it
replicates with?? I turned File and Print shareing off on
a second Nic and got this error. Have a look at TB 259398
microsoft artical I didn't use the reg fix as it was my F
& P option.
