event id 1000 occuring on all domain computers

The exact text of the message from event viewer follows;
"The Group Policy client-side extension Microsoft Disk
Quota was passed flags (1) and returned a failure status
code of (-2147024894)." Doesn't seem to affect anything
it just appears in the event viewer of every computer. I
double checked all of my group policy and I don't have
anything set that pertains to disk quota.

The event is being caused by a bug that incorrectly reported a problem with
Disk
Quotas.

The event can be eliminated from occurring by setting the "Enable Disk
Quotas"
policy to "Disabled." To eliminate the error completely remove the Group
policy
extension for Disk Quotas from the gPcMachineExtansionNames
attribute for the Default Domain Controllers policy.

Steps to reproduce the error
============================

1. Create a New GPO
2. Open the GPO in Gpedit and set the following policy to disabled.

Computer configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Disk
Quotas\"Enable disk
quotas"

3. Set the policy above back to "Not Configured"

4. Restart a Win2k computer that will pick up the policy. The following
event will
be generated.

Event ID: 1000
Source: Userenv
Event Type: Error
Description: The Group Policy client-side extension Microsoft Disk Quota
was passed
flags (1) and returned a failure status code of (-2147024894).

5. To eliminate the event from occurring, delete the GPO created in Step #1.
