the cescription is rather vague

Well, it seems you are looking at this event log entry from a computer
that it did not occur on. Or, possibly, you removed the program that
contained the event log information messages, and the event log doesn't know
how to resolve the message.

What happens when you look at the same event log entry on the machine
that the event occured on?
