Event Failure

Hi. I noticed a new message today in Computer Management/System Tools/Event
Viewer/Security. I don't recall changing any policies. What does this mean,
and should I be concerned? Thanks in advance.

That message can commonly occur when a network interface
is not connected to a live network when the IPsec policy
engine initializes. If you have not configured IPsec, then
the policy engine is not doing anything anyway, so it does
not in that case make any difference.

Thanks Roger. I was only concerned because I had not seen this before. Any
idea on why or how it just started now (PC is 3 months old)?

Thanks again/

Rick
