Event 35 (34)

I try to attached a secondary slave hd into my pc. The bios detected it and
while the pc boots up, it say found/install a new hard ware. However later
the Messengeer service dialogue appears with a message that it fails to
config and ask to check event 35. What is wrong here? Many thanks foir yiur
help
