Event 1824 NTDS Inter-site Messaging

When ever I try to start this service I receive an event 1824 in my
event viewer. I have had a heard time finding information about this
error message any help would be appreciated

I give up. Would it be the duplex setting?

Hi Nick, I am experiencing the same problem on a newly upgrade 2k3
server, and haven't been able to find a solution yet. Have you had
