Event 1000 not referenced in knowledge base

Hello

I've 2 domains :

mysub.domaine.com = AD Domain
domain.com = Internet Domaine, I've give the sub right to
myself on my proper Controler Domain

All was ok until end of august, with MSBlaster.A,D... &
RPC patch. (I've had too 2 shutdown due to electric
broken, dam)

Since the end of august, my domain controler logs an event
every 5 mn due to GPO access problem :

avec (1231).

net helpmsg 1231 => network access problem.

In fact I've already search and the problem come from that
\\helene.cyberkoj.com is not available, but
\\192.168.1.100 works.

After check, purge & reload DNS, I've add another A
Records to look if the DNS has a problem but is the same
if I create test.cyberkoj.com A 192.168.1.100 =>
\\test.cyberkoj.com doesn't work.

I've done many solutions from the Knowledge base but the
problem don't come from DNS or GPO or RFS or NTFS or NTP...

I've already activated netbios to look but it's the same,
so I've came back to Netbios disabled on TCP/UP.

Any idea before I format C: ???
