When someone in say Europe creates a CSV file and the thousand separator is
a period and the decimal separator is a comma, what ends up in the CSV file
for say the cell values 10.000,5 and 10,5?

Thanks,

Bob

the . and the , just as you show them.

You can probably open the file into Excel and then choose Tools, Options,
International and mess around with the first two lines on that tab.
