Hi,

You need to check your add/remove screen and program
files for any of these as the updater is trying to get
updates for one of its adware products so you must have
one installed:

MyFreeCursors,PerfectNav,EUniverse.Flowgo
EUniverse.IncrediFind,EUniverse.KeenValue,EUniverse.MyFree
Cursors,EUniverse.PerfectNav,EUniverse.SirSearch,EUniverse
..Toolbar,IncrediFind,KeenValue.v1,PowerSearch toolbar

But to just remove the updater part follow these tips:

Start the registry editor.

This is done by clicking Start then Run. Type

regedit and click OK.

Browse to the key:

'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \
CurrentVersion \ Run'

In the right pane, delete the value called 'updater',

Exit the registry editor.

Restart your computer.

Next delete:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\updater\

Check your hosts file for this entry and delete it

12.129.205.209 search.netscape.com

If you find any of the files i listed at the top just say
which and i will give removal instructions also if you
need help with the hosts file or regedit let me know

Regards Andy
