EULA update pops up only halfway

I want to download updates, but the EULA popup shows
everything but the clickable button to accept the terms.
It is cutoff from the window and nothing I do can enlarge
the window. Any ideas?

Right-click on your desktop and select Properties > Settings > Advanced.

Under the "General tab" in Advanced Display Settings, adjust your
DPI setting to "Normal Size (96 DPI)" and click "apply".
