eudora v5.2

I can't seem to import mail messages from eudora v5.2, it says "the mail
folder could not be opened. if another program is using the file, pls.
close it and try again." i am not using eudora program while importing.
what will i do? i am using outlook xp (2002).

Outlook only supports importing from Eudora up to version 4.x. You will
need to export from Eudora to a supported file type or program (Outlook
Express?) and then import into Outlook 2002.

How do i eliminate profiling in outlook 2002?

I would like to use my handspring in synchronizing with my outlook. using
the original palm desktop i can just logon to any other win xp account and
use palm desktop in synchronizing with my handspring. Using outlook 2002
under office xp, the profile changes, so if i use another account, i can't
sync.

Any idea how not to change profile only using outlook 2002?
