eudora as default, still can't use it

in previous post i stated that a technician told me yesterday that I had to
use outlook express with their company. I have used eudora pro for eons and
don't want to give it up.

your reply was that i could use any mail client i prefered just the co.
would not support it. got that.

made eudora pro default but get this error.
#673. the phone book entry for this connecton is missing.

now what did the tech do that I have to undo?

I can't imagine that the tech did anything to Eudora. Make sure Eudora
is set up correctly. Here is a link to Eudora tech support:

Also, don't ever put your real, unmunged email address in a Usenet or
messageboard post. It will get harvested by spambots and you'll get
even more unwanted email.
