Ethernet controller

I recently updgraded to W2K from W98SE. I had to
reinstall my network adapters but now I am getting a ?
under Device Manager/Other Devices/Ethernet controller.

I am not able to connect to the internet now

Any suggestions?
 
You need to install the drivers for the card.
try uninstalling it, then reinstalling
