Could you possibly provide some detail as to what the problem is? And
check the error number - it doesn't appear in google. When does it arise,
and how is it presented?

If you have window OneCare live scanner try to uninstall it and reinstalll
it again.

If the above didn't help please povide more info about your IE Verion,
Operating system, applications/Programs runing on it.
Lookin the event viewer for Error messages (X) and post them here for us to
look at, on how to access the Event Viewer do this:
Open a Run Command and type: eventvwr click [OK].
