I can not install what they call an important download. I get an error code 80072efd or 80240016 can you please help me I have windows wista.

Error: 80072efd = ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT
Translation: Cannot connect to the Internet server

This error may occur if your Internet connection or configuration is preventing
access to the Windows Update site.
