Errors

I am unable t open Help and Support or even the serch tab on mysystem.
suspect this is also preventing me from opening pages from links in emails
too...

I am just getting very frustrated at not being ableto do things tha i could
normally do..

XP SP2
amd 2600xp
1gb ddr
300gb hdd
