errors while installing w2k

I am installing W2k onto a clean HD. I erased the HD, fdisked the drive, set up 2 partitons. 25GB C:, 10GB D:. I booted from the cdrom, and formatted the c: ntfs. that went fine next it started loading the files. I got these error
Cannot load dvdplay.exe
" " mf.sy
" " sonydcam.sy
" " srgb.ic
I skipped these and continued with the install. is there any thing to worry abou. I do not have a dvd player, but plan to get one. Will ths cause problems. I have been fighting with my system for a few weeks now, and finally made some headway on getting it back up and running your help would be greatly appreciated. thank yo

This is an addition to the previous post

While the w2k setup is goingthrough it's setup after windows was started I got these errors
msdtcprx.dl
"sub componentdisttributed transaction coordinator ..\csetuputil.cpp (line 3419) error code 0x8007007e
"The specified module can not be found Failed to load the library C:\WINNT\System32\msdtcui.dll
" same as above " C:\WINNT\System32\comsucs.dl
cannot find msdasql.dl
" " Wab32.d
An error occured loading C:\Program Files\common files\System\Wab32.dl
HELP ME!!!!!!
