Errors when synchronising 'design master' with replica

Synchronising des. mas. and replica gives error like "Field too small for
data, try reducing amount of data".
Has anyone come across similar? If so any ideas as to how to aviod it? The
error does not always occur!

Replication is a *very* specialized area, Gavin. You *might* be lucky and
get an answer here, but you're much more likely to find someone with
replication experience in the microsoft.public.access.replication newsgroup.
