Errors using 60 minute intranet wizard

[aspirin2004]

XP Pro with SP 1, Office 2000 Premium, IBM new workstation
P4 not on a network. Problem is that when I go into
Frontpage 2000 and choose File, New, and choose the 60
minute intranet and run it I get the following errors in
this order:

1. An Error (-2147467259) occureed in procedure
AddFilesToWeb: An error occurred accessing your FrontPage
web files. Authors - if authoring against a web server,
please contact the webmaster for the server's site.
WebMasters - please see the server's system log for more
details <OK>

2. An Error (-2147467259) occureed in procedure
UpdateWebDB: An error occurred accessing your FrontPage
web files. Authors - if authoring against a web server,
please contact the webmaster for the server's site.
WebMasters - please see the server's system log for more
details <OK>

3. Procedure UpdateWebDB failed.

Need help understanding what's going on. Please assist.

Do you have IIS installed with FP extensions and are you access the web in FP and your browser via
http://localhost? Required.
