Errors in email merge are "random" from List

I have a Word generated Newsletter to send to about 600 people, I am using an
Excel file for the merge data.

The merge runs fine and when Outlook starts to send all of the e-mails are
being "Sent" But I am getting a wonderful error notice 18 of 56 Tasks have
completed Successfully.

I am sending in smaller batches - but even as small as 10 people I get 3-4
failures. The only info is Sending Error reported (0x800C8105) - ' Unknown
Error 0x800C8105' -

All of the e-mails goto my Sent folder - and the real problem is that I can
not find any way to match the error to a particular e-mail - so I have no way
to know who received them and who has not... The is no pattern to the
sending errors - 3 go 4 dont, 2 go then 5 dont etc... it is Random.

I have also tried sending through 2 different SMTPs - but they are all being
sent VIA my cable modem (same physical connection)

Any ideas???

Later today I was having touble with my wireless (daily occurence and I often
need to switch between ch1 and 11 to reconnect)

Anyway I wend down to my desk and plugged my laptop into my network and the
sends seemed to go much better -

Could the errors have been caused by wireless network faults??
