Errors for word in Outlook

I keep getting this error in Outlook: Not sure how to fix
it.
There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot
display the requested font.
I do not anything else open and I still get the error.
Does someone know the answer?

What version of Outlook and/or Office do you use?
Are they patched up to date?
What Operating System (OS) do you use?

Without more information I can only point you
to some possible solutions:

Possibly an Update could cure this (Outlook 2002) or
