Errors BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : BFBC8AB8

When I try to use 3dMark2003 my computer crash and I got these error codes.
BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : BFBC8AB8 BCP3 : A9B69AF4

Same thing if I try to play SOF2. I have removed all the Nvidia drivers and install newer and older and newer again... I got all updates. My computer is AMD xp3000 barton fsb333, 1024 ram ddr400, Nvidia fx-5600 256 mb and Asrock K7S8X motherboard.
