ErrorCode : 80070005

[Chuck]

I keep getting a "ErrorCode : 80070005" message when my
browser spawns a new window ( in fact I got the message
when this window came up to enter my info ). The error
window also has a desription of "access is denied". This
started when I loaded explorer 6. I have installed all
patches and SP 1, no fix. Does anyone have any idea??
