How can I fix this?

What i've tried:
from an [A] workstation to an (see above)

-ping to using IPaddr = OK
-ping to using PCname = OK
-"net use \\" using PCname = error 67
-"net use \\" using IPaddr = error 67
-"net use \\127.0.0.1" = error 67

from an workstation to an [A] (see above)

-ping to [A] using IPaddr = OK
-ping to [A] using PCname = OK
-"net use \\[A]" using PCname = OK
-"net use \\[A]" using IPaddr = OK
-"net use \\127.0.0.1" = OK

System error 67 means it is incorrect name and IP.

try this: net view \\remoteip >C:\test.txt. Then post the test.txt back here.

here is the result of net view

System Error 5 has occurred
Access is denied

I checked the site you mentioned and noticed thas the service "netlogon" was disabled.
I enabled it and now I get an overview of the shares from a few pc's (most of them still return the error 5)
and i still get the 67 error from all machines?

I only can find the opposit in secpol "access this computer from the network"
and this setting is correct on both sites (the group administrators has thre rights)

REMOTE....Make sure remote desktop is checked and add users to the list
that have rights to access remotely.

On workstation , assume its IP to be 10.20.30.40, perform the following:
1) Reboot
2) Login as administrator
3) Check its IP by cmd
ipconfig /all
4) Try to map a drive to itself by cmd
net use X: \\10.20.30.40\c$

Dave

From workstation this works perfectly but not from workstation [A]

result from [A] (from [A] "net use X: \\<IPaddr[A]>\c$")
This returns: Error 67 - The network name cannot be found

(this is in fact the thing i tried before with "net use \\127.0.0.1")

What i've tried:
from an [A] workstation to an (see above)

-ping to using IPaddr = OK
-ping to using PCname = OK
-"net use \\" using PCname = error 67
-"net use \\" using IPaddr = error 67
-"net use \\127.0.0.1" = error 67
-"net use \\<IPaddr[A]>" = error 67

from an workstation to an [A] (see above)

-ping to [A] using IPaddr = OK
-ping to [A] using PCname = OK
-"net use \\[A]" using PCname = OK
-"net use \\[A]" using IPaddr = OK
-"net use \\127.0.0.1" = OK
-"net use \\<IPaddr>" = OK
